1. General Information Little Thai Things is an online store offering authentic wellness products from Thailand. The company is registered in Malaysia and operates in accordance with Malaysian law.

2. Products The main product offered is the Thai inhaler "YADOM". The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product sheet. The photographs and videos are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the delivered product.

3. Prices Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). As the store is based in Malaysia, no European VAT is applied. Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Orders Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer receives a confirmation email once the order has been validated.

5. Payment Payments are secured through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). The order is considered complete once payment has been received.

6. Delivery Products are shipped from Thailand within 48 business hours via international postal services. Estimated delivery times: 4 to 10 business days in EUROPE and 7 to 15 business days in the USA. Free delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns In accordance with Malaysian law, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned new, unopened, at the customer's expense. No refunds are possible if the product has been used.

8. Liability Little Thai Things cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. It is the customer's responsibility to read the precautions for use.

9. Data Protection The personal information collected is intended for order management and is never resold. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete information by contacting: contact@littlethaithings.com

10. Applicable law These T&Cs are governed by Malaysian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
